COURT is a basketball recruitment platform designed to connect basketball players with scouts, coaches, agents, clubs and other basketball organizations.
COURT may provide features including player profiles, player discovery, recruitment opportunities, applications, shortlists, matching tools, messaging, notifications, saved searches and recruitment analytics.
By creating an account or using COURT, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for providing accurate and reasonably up-to-date information when creating and maintaining your COURT account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.
You may not impersonate another person, organization, club, agent, scout, coach or basketball professional.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact COURT as soon as reasonably possible.
COURT may offer different account roles, including player, scout, coach, agent and club accounts.
Certain features may only be available to specific account types. Users must select and use account roles truthfully.
COURT may review, restrict, suspend or remove accounts that misrepresent their identity, organization or professional role.
Players may create basketball profiles containing information such as basketball experience, statistics, physical information, nationality, availability, biography and highlight videos.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you publish is reasonably accurate and that you have the necessary rights or permission to upload, link to or share the content included in your profile.
COURT may remove information that is fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, abusive or otherwise violates these Terms.
Eligible recruiter accounts may publish basketball recruitment opportunities through COURT.
Users publishing opportunities are responsible for ensuring that their listings are genuine, reasonably accurate and lawful.
Fake opportunities, misleading offers, impersonation, fraudulent recruitment activity or attempts to financially or otherwise exploit players are prohibited.
COURT may review or remove opportunities where reasonably necessary to protect users or enforce these Terms.
COURT provides technology that helps users discover, evaluate and communicate about basketball opportunities.
COURT does not guarantee that a player will receive a tryout, scholarship, roster position, employment offer, professional contract, representation agreement or any other recruitment outcome.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, agreements between players, recruiters, agents, coaches, clubs or other users are agreements between those parties and not with COURT.
Users are responsible for independently evaluating opportunities and obtaining appropriate professional advice before entering important financial, employment, representation or contractual arrangements.
COURT may provide match scores, confidence scores, rankings, recommendations or other tools intended to help identify potentially relevant players and opportunities.
These results may be generated from player profile information, recruiter filters and opportunity requirements.
Matching results are informational tools. They are not guaranteed to be complete or accurate and are not a substitute for professional scouting, evaluation or independent judgment.
A match score or recommendation does not guarantee suitability, selection, recruitment or any other outcome.
COURT may allow eligible users to communicate through the platform.
Users must communicate appropriately and may not use COURT for harassment, threats, spam, fraud, discrimination, exploitation or unlawful activity.
Users should independently verify important recruitment claims before making financial, contractual, travel, education or career decisions.
Never send money or sensitive financial information to another user solely because of a claim or message received through COURT.
You may not use COURT to:
COURT is designed for the basketball community and may be used by athletes under the age of 18.
Where applicable law requires permission or consent from a parent or legal guardian for a young person to use COURT, that permission or consent must be obtained.
Parents and legal guardians may contact COURT regarding the account, safety or personal information of a young player. COURT may take reasonable steps to verify the identity and authority of the person making the request.
Recruiters and other users must interact with young players appropriately and professionally. Exploitation, grooming, harassment, inappropriate sexual conduct, fraudulent offers or attempts to take advantage of young players are strictly prohibited.
COURT may restrict, suspend or remove accounts or content where reasonably necessary to protect a young user or comply with applicable law.
You retain ownership of content you submit to COURT, subject to rights belonging to other people or organizations.
By submitting or publishing content through COURT, you grant COURT a non-exclusive permission to host, store, process, reproduce and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the platform.
You must not upload, publish or share content that you do not have the right to use or that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.
COURT may remove content that violates these Terms or where removal is reasonably necessary to protect the platform or its users.
COURT may offer free and paid plans, subscriptions or optional paid features.
Pricing, billing periods, included features and applicable payment conditions will be displayed before a user purchases a paid service.
Some features, usage limits or recruitment tools may differ between free and paid accounts.
Where recurring subscriptions become available, information about renewal, cancellation and applicable payment terms will be presented as part of the purchase process.
COURT may change the features or pricing of future plans. Where required, users will receive appropriate notice before changes affect an existing paid subscription.
COURT may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account violates these Terms, threatens platform security, harms other users or is being used for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
We may also remove specific content, opportunities or access to particular features where a narrower action is appropriate.
Users may request account deletion through the COURT contact page, subject to information that may need to be retained for legitimate legal, security or record-keeping purposes.
We aim to keep COURT available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.
Features may be modified, improved, temporarily unavailable, limited or discontinued as the platform develops.
COURT may perform maintenance, security updates or technical changes that temporarily affect access to the platform.
COURT may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, including video platforms, payment providers, analytics, authentication or other technology providers.
Third-party services operate under their own terms, policies and practices. COURT does not control those independent services.
COURT is a technology platform and is not a basketball club, employer, sports governing body or guarantee of representation or recruitment.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, COURT does not act as the employer, agent, representative or contracting party for independent users communicating through the platform.
Users remain responsible for verifying identities, credentials, opportunities, contractual terms and other important information.
COURT provides technology that helps basketball users discover and communicate with one another.
Users remain responsible for independently evaluating players, recruiters, coaches, agents, clubs, opportunities, contracts, financial arrangements and recruitment decisions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, COURT is not responsible for decisions, promises, agreements, representations or conduct between independent users of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
We may update these Terms as COURT develops, introduces new features or responds to legal, security and operational requirements.
When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the platform or by other appropriate means. The latest version and updated date will be published on this page.
Continued use of COURT after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of those Terms where permitted by applicable law.
